1. Orders

Please make sure all information provided at checkout, including your name, phone number, address and selected product/size, is correct.

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after the order has been processed.

2. Product Availability

Our products are available subject to stock. In case an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your device screen and lighting.

3. Shipping

Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are non-refundable.

We only accept exchanges in case of an eligible issue, such as:

Wrong item received
Manufacturing defect
An issue caused by Tifl Atelier

Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.

5. Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer may have different exchange conditions, which will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

6. Order Refusal

If an order is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information on our website are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, appearance or packaging may occur.
