1. How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch.

2. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across Pakistan.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Do you offer refunds?

No. All purchases are non-refundable.

5. Can I exchange my order?

Yes, exchanges are available only for an eligible issue, such as receiving a wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect.

You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

6. What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your parcel with clear pictures/videos of the issue. Our team will review it and assist you with an eligible exchange.

7. Can I exchange an item if I ordered the wrong size?

Size exchanges are subject to our exchange policy and product availability. Please make sure to check the size information carefully before placing your order.

8. How can I choose the right size?

Each product may have its own sizing information. We recommend checking the size guide provided on the product page before ordering.

9. Are the colours exactly as shown in the pictures?

We try our best to display products accurately. However, colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and photography conditions.

10. Can I order an item that is out of stock?

If an item is marked out of stock, you can contact us to ask whether it will be restocked.
