Exchange Policy

All orders are non-refundable.

However, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, wrong item, or any issue from our side, you may request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange:

You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
Original packaging and tags must be intact.
Exchanges are subject to availability.

After the 2-day period, we will not be able to accept exchange requests.

Please check your parcel and products carefully as soon as you receive your order. If there is any issue, contact us within the specified timeframe so we can assist you.

No refunds will be issued. Exchanges are only applicable in case of an eligible issue.
